Pressure, anxiety, emotional attacks. The slow build of panic or anxiety, leading to attacks. This makes you very tired, especially when you have hormones or lots of mood swings. When having anxiety attacks, do creative stuff that will calm, down your anxiety and get you thinking about the thing you are creating.

Creativity can also help you to stop the panic before it comes. This will mean that you must spend some of your day being creative of just sitting down and imagining, this would preferably not in the middle of a class. Try to find a quiet space at a quiet time.
